Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by Akiexcel Limited ("we", "us", "our") through this website. By purchasing a package, booking a session, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.
1. Company information
Akiexcel Limited is a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China.
Registered company name: Akiexcel Limited.
Business Registration Number: 80316059.
Registered office: Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
Contact email: akiexcel.limited@gmail.com.
2. Services
We provide engineering consulting, technical training, and project-launch coaching in the fields of robotics, automation, and industrial engineering. Services are delivered primarily to individuals and solo entrepreneurs, and to businesses on a case-by-case basis.
Services are offered as fixed packages (Essential, Professional, Launch) or as bespoke engagements quoted individually. The specific scope, number of sessions, and deliverables of each package are described on our website and confirmed at the time of purchase.
3. Bookings and scheduling
After purchase, sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and us. Sessions may be delivered in person or remotely (e.g. by video call), as agreed.
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Requests to reschedule should be made with reasonable advance notice, as further described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Pricing, currency and payment
Prices for packages are displayed on our website in Chinese Yuan Renminbi (RMB/CNY), with an approximate United States Dollar (USD) equivalent shown for guidance only. The RMB amount is the amount payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages are one-off engagements and are not recurring subscriptions unless expressly stated. Bespoke engagements are invoiced according to the quotation provided.
Online payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Airwallex. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment provider. We do not store your full card details; card data is handled directly by the payment provider under its own security standards.
All prices are inclusive of any taxes only where expressly stated; otherwise, applicable taxes or fees may be added.
5. Delivery of services
As our offerings are professional services (not physical goods), there is no physical shipment. Access to a purchased service begins once payment is confirmed and the first session is scheduled.
Unless a different timeframe is agreed, we will make contact to begin scheduling within five (5) business days of a confirmed payment. Package sessions are typically delivered over a period agreed with you; where a 30-day post-engagement follow-up is included in a package, it applies after the final session as described on our website.
Digital materials (such as selected e-books) referenced in a package are provided at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis as described in the package.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information relevant to the engagement.
- Participate actively and in good faith in scheduled sessions.
- Comply with applicable laws when applying any guidance received.
- Obtain any hardware, software, or third-party materials required to carry out your own project, unless expressly included in the package.
7. Intellectual property
All training materials, documents, and methodologies provided by us remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning and projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our materials without our prior written consent. Work product you create for your own project belongs to you.
8. No guarantee of specific outcomes
Our services provide guidance, training, and support. While we work to a high professional standard, we do not guarantee any specific commercial, technical, or career outcome, as results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own execution.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific package or engagement giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in the course of the engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this website at the date of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, save where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
13. Contact
