Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all consulting, training, and coaching services purchased through our website, including fixed packages (Essential, Professional, Launch) and bespoke engagements.

2. Cooling-off before services begin

If you cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase AND before the first session has taken place or any materials have been delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.

Once services have begun (first session delivered or materials provided), the cooling-off refund no longer applies and the terms below govern.

3. Cancellation after services begin

If you cancel a package after it has begun, you may request a pro-rata refund for sessions not yet delivered, less a reasonable administrative fee and the value of any materials or benefits already provided.

Sessions already delivered, and bespoke work already performed, are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling and missed sessions

• Rescheduling is free with at least 48 hours' notice before a scheduled session.
• Sessions cancelled by you with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered.
• If we need to reschedule, we will offer an alternative time at no cost to you.

5. Bespoke engagements

Bespoke engagements are quoted and scheduled individually. Specific cancellation and refund terms will be set out in the applicable quotation or agreement and prevail over the general terms above where they differ.

6. How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, email us at akiexcel.limited@gmail.com with your order details. We aim to acknowledge requests within five (5) business days.

Approved refunds are made using the original payment method, via our payment provider Airwallex. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
